I found Chase Realty on line a year ago when we were preparing to move to Albuquerque from the East Coast. I was in the process of transferring with my company and needed to quickly find a suitable rental. Lisa was quick to respond to emails or phone calls and would answer any questions of concern I had during the process of obtaining a rental she had that we were interested in. She allowed my daughter to view the property at our daughter's convenience and quick to respond to any questions or issues we had with the property. Once in the property, she was always available and quick to respond to any problem or need that we had. Lisa is a professional in every sense of the word. A little about Chase Realty and our Real Estate Brokers
Lisa Chase began her real estate career at age 14 working in her father's real estate office, Chase Realty, in Burbank, California. A licensed Realtor since 1987, Lisa has over 20 years experience in all areas of the real estate industry. Chase Realty California is involved in the development & sales of industrial, commercial, retail, luxury home subdivisions & property management. Lisa was in charge of the property management division at Chase where she managed small multi-family units, residential and commercial buildings. She moved to New Mexico in late 2002 and began working at a commercial real estate office until 2007, where she gained extensive knowledge of the Albuquerque commercial real estate and development market. She opened Chase Realty, LLC with her partner Peter Ceballos in late 2007. Now Chase Realty, LLC in New Mexico sells and manages residential and commercial properties in Santa Fe, Albuquerque and Rio Rancho and is well known for excellence in customer service to both property owners and tenants alike.
Originally from Southern California, Peter Ceballos attended NMSU where he received two degrees in engineering while working summers as a fire fighter for the United States Park Service. While in California, Peter was the sales coordinator for a wholesale furniture company in Los Angeles and then Operations Manager for another large wholesale furniture company with territories in the northwest & southwest regions of the nation. All this while donating his time as a volunteer fire fighter for Orange County Fire Authority. Peter also owned his own trucking company as well as a successful art business. He began his real estate career in 2005 and with perseverance has enjoyed much success when most were leaving the business. Peter’s dedication to understanding the market and helping his clients achieve their goals has pushed him to the top of his field.
Their passion for art, big sky and southwestern architecture brought Robin Brown and Lisa Block to Santa Fe in January, 2010. Robin lived in Santa Fe for eleven years in the 80’s and 90’s and couldn’t wait to get “home”. Lisa has been celebrating her holidays in New Mexico for the past couple of decades and always dreamed of becoming a resident. Together they bring a wealth of large and small business management experience, as well as their interest in all things real estate. Because they have bought and sold numerous properties of their own, both understand the importance of respectful, honest communication as well as the attention to detail required for the successful completion of any real estate transaction. Robin and Lisa are excited to join Chase Realty and look forward to providing personalized property management and real estate sales services in Santa Fe and the surrounding areas.
